Bundo is many things: café, cultural space with events, classes, and workshops every week, pizzeria, budding bookstore, and gallery. Our slogan is “Sigue ampliando el círculo” meaning “Keep expanding the circle,” an ode to our circular logo that has been with us since our opening in December 2022. It is meant for everyone and our prices are intentionally accessible and range from very inexpensive breakfasts to more special-occasion Neapolitan pizzas cooked in our wood-fired oven. We connect this space to Huerto de Osos Perezosos to ensure that our residents have a space to perform when they are visiting us here in Xalapa, México.
